Polycarbonate (Lexan)
- Polycarbonate sheet is a polished surface, UV stabilized product used in glazing and industrial applications. Polycarbonate sheets feature outstanding impact strength and superior dimensional stability. Virtually unbreakable, it is a cost-effective solution in a wide range of industrial, glazing, design, and structural applications, and easily machined or thermoformed thanks to its cold curving capability which makes it great for fabricating.

HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)
- HDPE is a thermoplastic polymer made from petroleum. As one of the most versatile plastic materials around, HDPE plastic is used in a wide variety of applications, including plastic bottles, milk jugs, shampoo bottles, bleach bottles, cutting boards, and piping. Known for its outstanding tensile strength and large strength-to-density ratio, HDPE plastic has a high-impact resistance and melting point.

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
- The most widely used member of the vinyl family, PVC is excellent when used for corrosion-resistant tanks, ducts, fume hoods, and pipe. White PVC sheet is commonly used for self-supporting tanks, fabricated parts, tank linings, and spacers.

PTFE (Teflon)
- PTFE is a low friction, soft fluoropolymer mechanical plastic with exceptional resistance to high temperatures, chemicals, corrosion, and stress cracking.
- PTFE features impressive heat, mechanical toughness, electrical and low friction properties, making it the material of choice for many high heat and low friction applications.
- PTFE plastic is available in FDA approved, electrical, mechanical, glass-filled, and bearing grades.

UHMW
- UHMW Sheets are resistant to bacteria growth, moisture, high-impact, and odors. FDA approved, UHMW sheets can be used across a wide variety of applications including food, boating, and medicine. Durable and strong, UHMW can outlast other engineering plastics.

ABS
- ABS sheets are a great general purpose, low cost material what works well for applications such a tote bins, automotive parts, luggage and more. The strength of ABS depends on temperature. ABS is very easily thermoformed.
- Haircell finish on one side
- Black ABS is UV Resistant, while White is not.
- Rigid & creep resistant.
- Good Chemical resistance.
- Stress Crack resistance.

Nylon
- Nylon's physical properties include exceptional strength as well as abrasion and chemical resistance. It has a high melting temperature, making it an ideal substitute for metals in high temperature applications. Nylon is commonly used for automotive parts, machine screws, brushings & gears, and electrical connectors.

PEEK
- is an extremely tough, wear resistant plastic with excellent resistance to high temperatures and energy radiation. It is very dimensionally stable plastic and has a high mechanical bearing strength. PEEK plastic sheet also offers excellent chemical resistance and a high resistance to hydrolysis, even against super-heated steam.
- It is also electrically insulating and has good sliding properties. It is easy to machine and is FDA approved for use with food.
- We do not stock Peek but can be special ordered.
Starboard
Starboard is a marine-grade high-density polyethylene sheet. Starboard has a matte finish on both sides of the sheet. It is environmentally stabilized to withstand the harshest outdoor conditions. Starboard will not rust, delaminate, or rot when exposed to UV, humidity or water. Starboard is ideal for marine applications where wood will not cut it. It never needs to be painted or refinished and works like wood.
